Whitney Houston Legendary pop singer Whitney Houston was found dead Saturday Feb. 11th at a Beverly Hills, California, hotel, officials said. She was 48. Despite resuscitation efforts, she was pronounced dead at 6:55 p.m. ET at the Beverly Hilton hotel a police spokesman said. more
Don Cornelius Don Cornelius, the producer and host who created the dance show “Soul Train,” was found shot dead in his Los Angeles home early Wednesday morning Feb. 1st in what appears to be a suicide, the Los Angeles Police Dept. and the county coroner’s office said. He was 75. more
Robert Hegyes Robert Hegyes, best known for playing Juan Epstein on “Welcome Back Kotter,” died in his Metuchen, N.J. home Thursday Jan. 26 from a heart attack. He was 60. more

James Farentino James Farentino died on Tuesday, Jan. 24th at the age of 73 due to heart failure after a long illness. He had been admitted to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but was not able to pull through. more
